Cancellation Policy

📌 Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total service balance. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy Clients are given a 10 grace period. After 10minutes, the appointment may be canceled or shortened at full service price. ⸻ 🚫 No-Show Policy No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the service before booking again. ⸻ 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit. ⸻ 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Prep Clients must arrive with hair: • Fully detangled • Free of heavy oils, grease, or buildup ready to be washed Failure to do so may result in an additional fee or rescheduling. ⸻ 🧵 Extension Services All extension services require: • Approved hair • Clean, tangle-free units Units that are not prepped properly may be declined.
